What LUULA.store does
LUULA.store presents LUULA, a product currently in production. At present the website does not allow purchases or reservations, has no forms for leaving your email and does not require registration.
What data we process
We only process the data you choose to give us when writing to luulapro@gmail.com: your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message.
Please do not include health data or other sensitive information that is not necessary for your enquiry.
What we use it for
We use this data solely to read and answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to handle requests about your data. We do not use it for newsletters or advertising.
Legal basis
We process the data in your email enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to those who write to us.
Retention
We keep emails for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry. Afterwards, they will only be kept for any legal periods that may apply. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Service providers
Email: the address luulapro@gmail.com is a Gmail service provided by Google. The messages you send us are received and stored in that service under Google’s terms.
Website hosting: LUULA.store is hosted with Lovable, which uses the Cloudflare network to serve the website. Like any web server, these services process technical connection data, such as your IP address, to display the page.
Fonts: we use Google Fonts to display LUULA’s typefaces. When they are loaded from Google’s servers, your browser may send Google technical data, such as its IP address.
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required to do so.

Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, where the legal requirements are met, by writing to luulapro@gmail.com.
As a general rule, we will reply within one month. The general one-month period is set out in Article 12(3) of the GDPR.
The Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) confirms that period. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if the processing changes, for example when purchases are enabled. The date of the last review appears at the top of this page.
